Schyler tapped her lips with a finger, thinking for a moment. Did the contract forbid their coming back? She hadn’t refreshed her memory of it lately, in fact, it’d been over a year since she reread it. “Persistence I believe has revived some of my fathers relatives who were bore before the contract was made. But I think that our line can any longer do that. It’s all quite silly, in my opinion.”
“All it appears to curb the lineage and remove many from your line?,” she questioned, for culling the group would be sufficient if many were vying for titles and crowns. However, The Countess would presume Schyler held no titles nor lands to her name, lest she hid the true history from The Countess. “You are out and about merely to take in the night or risk your form?”
“It was pretty much a some issues between my family and another that lead to the contract, bit of a war,” Schyler looked at her nails, licking her lips before returning her eyes to The Countess, “I’m out for a simple walk, I enjoy the night, inspiration for my music. There’s always risk, with everything truly but no, I had no intention of risking my form.”
“Beautiful.” Cal whispered, circling the room, poking his nose in pretty much everything he could. “And so warm in here.” He was drawn to the sunny patches on the floor, and stood in the middle of them, humming with delight.
Kitten watched him with amusement, enjoying seeing him take his delight in the sun patches. Motioning over to a large window that overlooked the wide expanse of garden she nodded, “There is your view…”
“There is also a small kitchen and dining room, a nice spa restroom as well as a living room, complete with a flatscreen, I hope you don’t mind the ivory jaguars, I simply adore them.”
“It’s a beautiful view, and your garden is perfect.” cal was impressed, he’d love to see it up close. “My my, all in my room? I may never leave again.” He went over and knelt, touching the jaguars. “No Kitten, they will protect me. I don’t mind them.”
“Well I wouldn’t mind having the company of a gentlemen such as yourself,” she wondered if it would be odd to point out she could tell he was an Oni. Kitten could tell almost anything about…well almost anyone simply by their eyes,
Cal grinned at her and bowed again. “A cat at heart, my dear Kitten.”
“At heart is all that matters now isn’t it?” She purred, “I’ve never met and Oni before though…can I ask you to tell me about yourself?”
“All the cats here belong to themselves, they are my living partners,” She smiled and walked in. The room shared the same red, gold and ivory theme as the hall, a round bed in the center with four pillars around it, gold drabs framing it from the pillars. Waving a hand she nodded, “The main room, well, sleeping area anyways,”
Also in the sleeping room there was a lounge chair and a desk, as well as a bookshelf with a large collection of philosophy, a music player which had mostly classical and tango selections of music.

“That’s wonderful!” Cal reached out and gently touched the spots before following her. “Thank you for the personal room, I will treat it as if it were my own.”
Kitten walked down the long hall, high-heels clicking on the marble floor, going to unlock the room and open the door. When she did, a large cheetah slunk out, a king cheetah, unusual markings, his eyes resting on Caliban a moment, flicking its tail and padding down the hall.
“It’s a bit of a large room. Would you like a tour? It might as well be a house.”
Cal raised his eyebrows and watched the cheetah. “I would, is he yours? He’s a magnificent cat.” It made Cal wish he had brought his own panther. “Yes, a tour would be lovely.”

He laughed. “Thats wonderful! I know Ra personally, he is a friend of mine.” Cal ran a hand through his hair. “You are a cat as well then?”
“It must be very interesting to know Ra,” She moved her hair, showing him the spots that ran up along her neck, that extended down her back, “Indeed I am a cat. While these are just tattoos…have to have some way to show it. The jaguar is my favored cat…next to cheetahs.”
She licked her lips as the bell gave a chime and the door opened to a hallway with pillars along the walls, white with gold accents against crimson walls that lead to a large arched door with the word ‘Felidae’ on it.
“The Felidae room is one of my personal rooms, but I don’t mind letting others use it. It’s very nice.”

“Oh thank you Kitten.” Cal smiled at her. “I’ll take whatever you givem e, I would like something with a view though, preferably of a garden?”
“Well, the Felidae room has a nice view of the back gardens, good window to sometimes see the cheetahs out,” Kitten opened a drawer taking out a key, walking over toward an elevator that had two gold cheetah statues to either side of it, “Follow me please.”
“Oh I like cheetahs.” Cal lightly touched the cheetah statue before following her into the elevator. “So do you own this casino? It’s beautiful.” The cat theme appealed to the panther in him.
Pressing the button for the top floor she nodded, “I inherited it from my parents. They worshiped the gods of Egypt. Not a surprise, given they were an Egyptian mau and an African wildcat!” She laughed lightly, licking her lips and waiting for the elevator to reach the floor.
